An Experience Centre visit allows you to touch and feel our modular kitchen systems, wardrobe finishes, and material samples. You can explore our design gallery, consult with our interior experts, and get a firsthand look at the quality and functional layouts we offer to help visualize your future home.
Your initial visit to our Experience Centre is complimentary. During your walk-in or scheduled consultation, our designers will listen to your requirements and provide a high-level overview of our services. Detailed design planning and comprehensive project estimations follow once you decide to move forward with our professional design process.
For a productive experience, we recommend setting aside 30 to 60 minutes. An "EC Tour" takes about 30 minutes to view our displays, while a more focused "Design Consultation" to discuss your floor plan and initial requirements typically lasts 60 minutes. Scheduling in advance ensures a designer is ready to assist you.
While we can share general information about our pricing structures and material ranges in-store, an accurate quote depends on your specific floor plan, material choices, and project scope. After understanding your requirements, we provide a detailed, itemized estimate that ensures full budget clarity before we begin any work.
The materials displayed in our showrooms are standard samples representing the high-grade, durable materials we use in our projects. We maintain strict quality control throughout our sourcing process to ensure that the finishes, hardware, and components delivered to your home meet our professional quality benchmarks.
We are committed to the quality of our craftsmanship. All hardware and branded components used in our installations come with their original manufacturer warranties. Should any issues arise post-installation, our support team is available to assist you in accordance with the warranty terms documented during your project handover.

We will conduct a site visit to take precise measurements, finalize your custom 3D design and material selections, and provide a clear project agreement. From there, our dedicated team manages the entire execution through to your home handover.
